Application invited for Immersion Program

Buddha Fellowship Program emerges from our parent institution, Srijan that is committed to promote sustainable and self-reliant models of rural development.

Immersion gives you an opportunity to get sensitized first hand to poverty and become exposed to transformative change brought by NGOs. In a 2-weeks long program, candidates will go through village immersion for awareness and understanding of rural life, social composition, villagers’ occupation, their challenges and witness developmental and entrepreneurial opportunities created by various NGOs. You may want to watch this video for better understanding  After successful completion of immersion you are eligible to apply for the next program i.e. Entrepreneurship Pilot Program

Eligibility Criteria:
1-Undergraduate/Graduates from India’s premier institutions like IIM, IIT, IRMA, TISS, BITS, NIT, XIMB, FMS, Liberal arts colleges such as St. Stephens etc.
2-Working professionals from private/non-profit organizations/government
Freshers are also eligible to apply
3-Preference would be given to those who already have a team or co founders

Application fee –Online application fee INR. 1000/- only (non-refundable)

Selection Process:
1-Online application
2-Shortlisted candidates will be informed for next step
3-Personal Interview or Skype Interview
