Started by the Nike Foundation, they are experts in media, mobile, brand and international development: a unique mix of skills that they use to solve global problems in a different way.

1- Degree or relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, project management
2- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media - especially with teen audiences
3- In-depth knowledge of social media tools
4- Strong communication, writing, coordination and organisational skills
5- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
6- Ability to remain flexible and find solutions to challenges
7- Positive, energetic, can-do attitude
8- Ability to work collaboratively in Multicultural teams
9- Commitment to realising the potential of girls and to the vision and values of Girls Effects
