Odisha Skill Development Authority was established to provide overall direction, guidance & implementation of skill development programs in the State by converging different sectors. OSDA works with an overarching mission to bring transformative human development through skilling of youth and making Skilled-in-Odisha-a Global Brand.

Eligibility
1-Preferably Master’s degree in Marketing with at least ten (10) years of work experience with proven track record and exposure to Marketing Strategies;
2-Exposure working in a CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.in a government and/or international organisation with in-depth knowledge of big data analysis.
3-Experience in managing a broad range of activities with various international organisations, partner institutions and stakeholders;
4-Knowledge of Skill Development will be an advantage; Ability to connect the concepts to the practices and applications on skill issues;
5-Good skills in capturing, analyzing, managing, retrieving and disseminating information effectively using appropriate information systems;
6-Good skills in developing a variety of written materials for audiences with different levels of understanding to the materials or subject matters presented;
7-Good knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology;
8-Excellent computer skills, including developing graphics for presentation materials; and
9-Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
