About 
Mizoram University (MZU) was established on 2nd July 2001 by the Mizoram University Act, 2000
which appeared in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) on 25th April 2000 as a Central University
having His Excellency, the President of India as its Visitor. The University life in its lush green scenic
hill campus is lively and diverse with 50% of the Teaching Staff and 16% of students coming from
various parts of the country. Visits from eminent dignitaries, scholars and researchers, activists, a politician from India and abroad constantly take place in the University. In April 2019, the University for its II Accreditation was again awarded grade ‘A’ by NAAC, Bengaluru. Mizoram University ranked 94th in the overall ranking and 58th among the universities for the year 2017 by National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.

Submission of Abstract 

An Abstract of not more than 350 words should be submitted through email attachment on or
before January 10, 2020, at Email id: mzusocioseminar@gmail.com,
1-The 1-Full-length paper should also be submitted through email attachment only on or before January
31, 2020 at the Email id given above. Get confirmation of acceptance of full-length paper so as to
be able to claim travel reimbursement in the shortest possible route.

2-The manuscript should be written in New Times Roman and font size 12. Reference cited in the
text and in the end should preferably be in APA style. A plagiarism check is done before sending it.

3- the Selected paper will be published in edited volume/conference proceedings.
