National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, known as MANAGE, formerly National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad, is an autonomous agricultural education institute located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The aim of the institute is to install managerial and technical skills to Extension Officers, Managers, Scientists and Administrators in the agricultural economy, to enable them to provide support and services to farmers and fishermen for practicing sustainable agriculture.

Qualification
Ph.D. / Post Graduate in Agricultural Extension/ Agricultural Economics / Management

Experience
  1. Working experience in International Institutes / National Institutes.
  2. Association with International Training or other Academic Activities.
  3. Proficient Computer Skills.
  4. Good oral and written communication skills suiting to International Communication.
  5. Ability to work in team & Travelling.

Nature of Job

  1. Correspondence with MEA, MoA & FW and USAID
  2. Correspondence with Embassies of 20 countries in India, Indian Embassies and USAID missions in 20 countries
  3. Correspondence with Technical Training Institutes (TTIs) in India such as ICAR Organizations, National Institutes identified based on Demand Analysis Report. The correspondence includes finalization of MoU, Academic and Financial Correspondence.
  4. Correspondence with International Technical Training Institutes (ITTIs) in some of the Asian and African Countries covered by FTF-ITT identified based on Demand Analysis Report. The correspondence includes finalization of MoU, Academic and Financial Correspondence.
  5. Taking the classes for trainees/participants as per the expertise/experience
  6. The program manager/program executive is responsible to receive the list of executives nominated by respective countries for different programmes, at different times separately. Assist in short listing of candidates, informing respective countries, inform individual candidates, assist them in obtaining Visa, Medical and other documents.
  7. Arrange ticket and insurance to shortlisted executives and facilitate their safe travel to reach designated Technical Training Institute with proper planning and arrangements.
  8. Programme monitoring and finalization of programme reports
  9. Financial correspondence with USAID
  10. PMU consists of Program Director assisted by Program Manager, Program Executive and Junior Program Executive. Program Executive assists the Program Director in all works of the Centre.

25 to 40 years

Duration of Assignment
Initially for one year, extendable further based on performance / Project status

Remuneration
Rs.42, 000/-
