F2F Fundraising executives will be responsible for recruiting new members through personal, face-to-face interactions based on various campaigns. They will be expected to talk with individual prospects with integrity and conviction and uphold our standards in regard to principles and policies. F2F Fundraising executives work with and report to the F2F Team Leader.

Key Result Areas

  1. No. of daily sign up
  2. No. of forms filled accurately
  3. Reporting daily progress accurately
  4. Showing leadership attributes in helping colleagues
  5. Achieve monthly revenue goals


  1. Recruiting new donors in the streets and other locations as identified by the organisation.
  2. Documenting and reporting results to the line manager.
  3. Stay updated with all information/training, work guidelines, principles, policies & campaigns.
  4. Responsible for handling materials /forms & providing daily reports to the Team Leader.
  5. Achieving the set donors & income budgets every month.
  6. To ensure confidentiality of information
  7. Any other responsibility as assigned by the teal leader.

Successful candidates will be driven by the urge to talk to people about our work and the overall mission of the organisation. They will need to be fascinated by how they can inspire prospects to support our unique approach to protect human rights for all over the long term.

  1. Preferred- relevant experience
  2. Preferred- track record of successfully delivering F2F individual targets.
  3. Practical understanding of F2F fundraising techniques.
  4. Developed interpersonal skills.
  5. Cultural and other sensitivities – the ability to talk to strangers without being invasive; adapt communications style from person to person.
  6. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and local languages- Tamil, Kannada).

  2. Telephonic discussion
  3. Second round of telephonic discussion with a panel
  4. Assignments and group discussions
  5. Face to face interview in Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad

Salary and benefits
Annual CTC of Rs.239,100/-, medical insurance for self, spouse and two dependent children for Rs. 4 Lacs, Group Accident insurance for self, group term life insurance, performance based growth plan, dynamic working and learning environment, 12% annual increment, and paid time off.
