1-PhD in Economics, Agricultural Economics or other related fields
2-Proficiency in quantitative research methods, especially on climate change modelling
3-Experience working in multi-cultural teams
4-Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals
5-Demonstrated ability to effectively design and implement survey data collection
6-Ability and experience in managing internal and external relationships with project teams, donors, and collaborators
7-Excellent written and spoken English
8-Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
