About the Organization
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is a technical support organisation under the National Health Mission, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Their mandate is to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.

Position
Consultant - Human Resource (HR)

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Assist Human Resource Manager in managing all HR functions at the NHSRC Office and oversee all HR activities of its branch offices.
  2. Preparing Terms of References / Job Advertisements / Tender Documents / SOPs / HR Policies, as and when needed.
  3. Undertake recruitment of consultants for NHSRC, RRC-NE and MoH&FW
  4. Assisting Human Resource Manager in the Annual Performance Appraisal exercise
  5. Work on automated Attendance System / HRMIS software and generate reports as and when required.
  6. Identifying different institutions / Trainers & organize trainings for NHSRC & RRC-NE personnel.
  7. Managing MIS / Trackers / Database / Dash Boards
  8. Creating Forms & Format – as and when required.
  9. Conducting Reference Checks, Preparing Offer Letters & Contracts, Induction of Consultants
  10. Undertake any other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time by the Human Resource Manager, Principal Administrative Officer or the Executive Director, NHSRC

Eligibility

  1. MBA / Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) in HR from a recognized university/institution with Minimum 04 years of post-qualification work experience in Recruitment & other HR functions
  2. Working experience in Government / Social Sector is desirable
  3. Knowledge and experience of governmental recruitment, documentation, filing & correspondence process in Human Resource Management will be preferable.
  4. Knowledge of working on automated attendance system / any HRMIS software
  5. Computer proficiency in MS Office – Word/ PowerPoint and advance excel skills.
  6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  7. Ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure and should be a team player.
  8. Formal educational qualification could be relaxed for candidates with longer relevant experience in HR.

Remuneration
Between Rs.44, 000/- to Rs.99, 000/- per month
