We are Hiring Program Managers for our Not for Profit Client who are a change management company that supports Public Education System Leadership in improving the learning levels of students by enabling people and embedding technology.

The clients objective of strengthening the public education system of the country by transforming the new generation of leaders in the government education system with the goal to gain expertise in leveraging multi-level partnership with state governments to catalyse the turn-around of failing schools in India. Through influencing government stakeholders, the challenging and fast-paced work environment provides an opportunity to develop district entrepreneurs and cause Sustainable Systemic Change in public education system.

We seek passionate individuals who are eager to bring about large-scale change in the Government Education System through improved leadership capabilities of middle management.

You will be working to develop innovative systemic solutions to transform India’s education system and create the next generation leaders. The challenging and fast-paced work environment will hone your entrepreneurial abilities and provide an opportunity to cause Sustainable Systemic Change in the public education system. 

You will work closely with operations team in program states:
  1. To understand needs to catalyze personal transformation among middle managers
  2. To develop them into effective master coaches, master facilitators & change managers
  3. To cause change in behaviour to develop skilled and motivated teachers
  4. To cause systemic change to promote 21st century skills amongst children
You will be reporting to the Program Director will be responsible for ensuring effective design and implementation of the State Program.

Position Overview
1. Develop Products for Middle Managers development into effective master coaches, master facilitators and change managers
  1. Develop Curriculum Framework, Assessment Models for workshops, Professional learning
  2. communities and Field Coaching
  3. Design Training Needs Assessment and Assessment/ Development Centres
  4. Develop content for various learning and development channels like workshops, E-learning etc
2. Design Learning and development program and Manage Change to ensure effective product deployment
  1. Design Change Management Plan to ensure product adoption by operation teams and Middle Managers
  2. Deploy change management Plan and handhold for product adoption
3. Research and Design for innovations in Adult learning and behavior change
  1. Knowledge and application of various leadership, coaching, change management and adult learning theories in Indian education context. Ex. ADDIE Model, Andragogy Principles, BLOOM’s Taxonomy, Building learning Communities
  2. Change Management Frameworks (Switch/NUDGE), Learning Style Frameworks
  3. Build understanding on global practices on multi-channel learning and L&D

Primary Responsibilities
1. Lead team and manage performance
  1. To set appropriate goals for the team and enable them to achieve set goals
  2. To review the performance of the team on a regular basis
  3. To ensure proper knowledge management of insights from various meetings, field
  4. visits and Govt initiatives
2. Collaborate with other teams and functions
  1. Account manager for identified states to ensure partnership with operation teams
  2. To identify areas of collaboration with other COEs and Business Lines
  3. To build useful partnerships with identified teams to achieve greater outcomes
3. Design and Facilitate Workshops
  • Co-develop and cofacilitate workshops with state teams for competency building of middle management groups
  • Design and conduct innovative Train the trainers’ sessions to enable facilitators
4. Working in Ambiguity
  1. Be open to work towards identifying key constraints in the Education department and its complexity
  2. Adapt to the uncertainties and pace of work in Govt systems

  1. Master’s in HRM, development management, social development preferred 
  2. Certifications in Professional Coaching or Facilitation preferred

Requires local and outstation travel for workshops, meetings and field observation. The candidate should be open for Travel up to 10-12 days in a month. Cost of travel will be sponsored by the organization

Between 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 INR CTC per Annum, basis experience and expertise.

Language Proficiency
  1. Proficiency in written and oral communication skills in English
  2. Proficiency in Local languages (speaking & reading) will be required
