About
The focus of this Colloquium is to study the relationship between Social Factors and Heath through a sociological perspective to analyse its impact on society. The contribution of English Physician John Snow (1854) on Social Epidemiology and Epidemiological triad helped to connect the domains of Health, Environment and Society.

American Physician Charles Melntire (1894) doctrine of the importance of social factors in health had given great enhancement to the growth of sociological research through comparing social factors/ social environment/ physical environment with health hazards of a human being.

Theme
  1. Complex relationship between health, social factors of society.
  2. People who are most affected because of modern lifestyle diseases.
  3. Ignorance and negligence of preventive and curative healthcare.
  4. Reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health.
  5. Infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases.
  6. Health system, funding and healthcare institutions
  7. Ageing and well being

Call for Abstract
Abstract should be below 300 words including keywords and full-length papers should include an introduction, review of literature, research methodology, data interpretations, conclusion, suggestions/ recommendations and references in APA format within 5000 words in Times Roman font (12 size).
