Sennior Program Manager

About the Role
This role will be the lead, to ensure high level delivery, compliance, reporting and innovation, in our forward-thinking programmes that promote economic empowerment for persons with disabilities.
The role will also manage people and programmes budgets, technical experts, work flow and prioritisation as well as monitoring the programme activities for learning dissemination.
All the above will be done whilst also engaging with and influencing high level stakeholders and other actors in this innovative and digital arena.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated, very experienced Programme Manager to join our dynamic team based in Bangalore. Reporting to the Regional Representative and liaising with the wider Leonard Cheshire International Team, you will ensure the high-level delivery of our Inclusive digital pathway’s programmes.
Your degree and / or demonstrable experience in the field of international development or private sector will show a strong understanding of digital innovations and solutions, within the employment sector or Inclusive Education. Your experience of implementing projects will bring skills in reporting, compliance, safeguarding, as well as strong influencing and communications skills to allow liaising with high level external stakeholders, partners, networks as team management.
We are looking for a creative self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational, Communication and computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple, and varied tasks simultaneously. An understanding of disability issues would be advantageous.
