About the Role: Principle Product Manager
Location -Banglore
We are looking for a senior leader, a Principal Product Manager, to lead our insights and analytics product and business. We are in the very early stage of our journey and you will have the opportunity to define, build, and shape the product and business for Amazon India. You will own product definition, roadmap, adoption, and engagement of the product with Brands selling on Amazon. You will lead a team of 3 to 5 people and will be dedicatedly supported by an engineering team in Bangalore.
To summarize the role will require you to:
1-Be a product owner: Own a product defined and built from scratch in India for Brands selling on Amazon India. Drive product roadmap, define detailed features, own all related product metrics, and collaborate with the engineering team to continuously iterate and build a customer-backward product
2-Drive Adoption: Drive adoption (active users) by working with partner teams and developing value propositions for different customer segments. Create relevant and actionable user communication and content
3-Drive Engagement: Set up and implement processes to onboard users, train them and help them derive analytical insights from the data we show. Resolve queries and requests from users on how to use and leverage the product
4-Own business metrics: Own, define and drive the business metrics for the Insights program. Drive creation of actionable business reports for reviews
 Experienced in the product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services in e-commerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, internet products or related fields.
· Experienced in defining market and product requirements, working with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
· Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment
· Must have bias for action and strong work ethic
· Proven ability to deliver first class customer experiences with a deep understanding of UX best practices
· Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing business requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
1-Should have led a product or business in an e-commerce company in India
2-10+ years of work experience.
