  • 1-Graduate/Post Graduate degree essential along with CAIIB (Optional), NISM, IRDA
  • Roles and responsibility 
  • Business Development
    • 1-Scope and target customers in your catchment in collaboration with Product/Sales support
    Customer Service
    • 1-Ensure service quality
    • 2-Resolve complaints accurately
    • 1-Conduct internal checks on a regular basis
    • 2-Ensure process checks relating to vaults are conducted
    • 3-Responsible for sys-admin and setup within the branch
    Audit and Service Quality
    • 1-Ensure adherence to all processes stipulated by Audit and Senior Management
    • 2-Monthly / Periodic Verification of Auditable items at branches
    • 3-Daily review of reports at branch
    • 4-Ensure satisfactory audit at the branch
    Staff Management
    • 1-Ensure adequate training of staff on all products, processes and services of the bank
    • Increase awareness of various policies of the bank with regard to customer service and compliance
