Tarasha is a Field Action Project of the Centre for Health and Mental Health, School of Social Work, TISS, Mumbai. Tarasha is a community-based recovery project that works with women living with mental disorders, linking the three cornerstones, shelter, livelihoods and psychosocial issues to achieve reintegration in society.

1. Name of the Post: Paraprofessional Social worker /Office assistant
 Location: Mumbai  :
1- Providing support to clients discharged from Regional Mental Hospital, Thane (RMH)
2-Procuring and distributing resources required in various activities by Tarasha 
3-Logistical arrangements for training workshops, review and monitoring meetings conducted by Tarasha 
4-Coordinating with volunteers and resource persons for smooth functioning and timely execution of deliverables 
5-Updating and maintaining a database of volunteers and various stakeholders 
6-Any other tasks as when required by project need 

1- Minimum Desired Qualification: 12th pass and Diploma in Paraprofessional Social Work 
Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field of health and mental health.
Essential skills and other Requirements: 
1-Willingness to travel across Mumbai City and Suburban area 
2- High level of commitment and integrity and ability to work in a team 
3- Good written and communication skills in Marathi and Hindi 
4-Proficiency in using computers 
Rs. 11,200/- per month

2. Name of the Post: Information, Education Communication (IEC) Content Development Intern 01 
Location: Mumbai
Minimum Desired Qualification: Pursuing/completed Bachelors in Arts/Humanities/Communication. Pursuing/completed Masters in Arts/Humanities/Communications.
Experience: Exposure to the field of disability and recovery in mental health through direct work or engagement with stakeholders will be preferred. 

Essential skills and other Requirements: 
We want a creative visualizer who is enthusiastic about creating critical and sensitive content around mental health and disability. They should be able to take responsibility of the content development and see it through to the end. They should have excellent writing skills and ability to articulate complex concepts simply and multilingually. They should also be willing to travel across Mumbai city and suburban areas. 
Remuneration CTC: Rs. 5000/- per month
